Shipping:
Free delivery is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, along railway lines or at the nearest express lockers. Delivery methods will be mailed or collected at the locker, depending on the product and quantity. We will notify you via WhatsApp when the product is shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with the product upon delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 66032023 within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly follow up or exchange the product. Please provide your order number (or the reference number on the delivery receipt), photos, and your contact number for a prompt response. We are not responsible for any product problems caused by human error.
Cancel Order:
We do not accept cancellations. All paid products, services and deposits are non-refundable.
To change the delivery date or product details, please notify us three business days in advance (Monday to Friday) for final confirmation. Additional fees and transaction charges may apply. Custom items/items may not be changed as they have already been pre-ordered or are in production. If customers change to a lower-priced product, we will provide a purchase credit or cash coupon for the difference, valid for six months and processed within seven business days. All transaction and administrative fees incurred due to price changes are the customer's responsibility. Products will not be returned or exchanged due to delays caused by natural factors such as typhoons. Goods and services will not be returned due to the recipient's refusal to accept the item. Customized items, fragile items, or items that have been damaged due to normal use are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the item is damaged upon receipt and is not caused by you or we make a delivery error, you must notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt and attach photos and receipt. Exchange requests made after this period or for other reasons are subject to final decision. There is a HK$10 fee for each change in the content or format of the gift card.
